My love of fitness and exercise stems from my love of sport. In my early teens I was on the track team and fell in love with conditioning drills because of the whole body exercise involved. This type of exercise provided the base for my exercise program. My love of conditioning exercises and big lifts drives me to share these exercises with the world.

Over the course of 2017 I made significant lifestyle changes after reaching my highest body weight. I dropped 30 lbs over the year and improved my performance in major lifts. This experience drives me to share my knowledge and help others reach and surpass their fitness goals. I have dedicated myself to using my experience to help others better themselves and have a greater understanding of fitness and health.
